Welcome to Mi-Era. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mi-Era website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. About Mi-Era

Mi-Era (“Mi-Era,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an educational platform focused on building focus, self-regulation, and cognitive stamina through structured training, feedback, and reflection tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 years old, you represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

Mi-Era does not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Educational Purpose; No Medical or Therapeutic Services

Mi-Era is an educational and self-development platform. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Mi-Era does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing mental health distress or require professional support, you should seek assistance from a qualified healthcare provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data not authorized to you
• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any portion of the Service without authorization
• submit content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, or infringes the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service, including reflections, task inputs, and feedback (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Mi-Era a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Mi-Era may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Mi-Era or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs or expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mi-Era shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Mi-Era’s total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mi-Era in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mi-Era from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
